Fantastic experience at Prestige in Lancaster! I was very nervous about having my hair cut for the first time in 2 years and also deciding to have it professionally coloured for the first time ever! Ellie Leack was wonderful! I can't recommend her enough! I'll definitely be going back! It was a wonderful pampering experience and my hair looks gorgeous! The best it's ever been! The shade of purple is perfect! I also decided while I was there, I'd get my eyebrows waxed by Ellie Bateson, and I'm so glad I did! She did them perfectly! Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly and my Caramel latte was delicious ☕🥰

I needed a change and had my long hair cut short. I felt really heard and well taken care off during the consultation and loved my new style. I returned a couple of months later for a freshen up with a different stylist and thought she was ace too. Will deffo visit again.

Ellie Leack did my hair for me, I went in for a balayage and I came out a new woman! The colour is perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Ellie is sociable and friendly and she made me feel at ease - would recommend her. Thank you :)

I got a natural root balayage done by Ellie, I showed her photos prior of what I was looking for and she gave me exactly that, she did an amazing job and she’s also so sweet and lovely and made me feel so comfortable and welcome!

Been going here for a few years now and wouldn't look anywhere else. The atmosphere is nice and chill. The barbers are all really knowledgeable, do a great cut, and have some good chat.

The only place I get my hair done in Lancaster. Got a balayage done by Izzy and I absolutely love the results she’s very nice and does a great job. Definitely recommend Prestige
